Refund and Returns Policy

At Organic Ved Herbs, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that occasionally issues may arise, and our Refund & Return Policy is designed to handle such situations fairly, transparently, and in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.

This policy applies to all products purchased through our website www.organicvedherbs.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and process refunds only under the following specific conditions:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product: If the product is received in damaged condition, has manufacturing defects, is expired, or is not the item you ordered.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If we ship an incorrect product or variant (e.g., wrong herb blend or quantity).
  • Unopened & Unused Products: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, labels undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Important Time Limit: You must notify us and initiate a return request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery (as per courier tracking). Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, used, partially consumed, or tampered products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or neglect after delivery
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Personalized or custom-blended products (if offered)
  • Perishable herbal products or items with short shelf life
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or samples

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, taste preference, or personal dissatisfaction with the product’s efficacy (as results vary individually).

3. Return Process – Step-by-Step

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly Email us at care@organicvedherbs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, seal, and any defect/damage
    • Proof of delivery (if applicable)

  2. Receive Approval Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and respond with approval (or rejection with reasons) along with return instructions.

  3. Return the Product

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
    • Include all original accessories, labels, and invoice.
    • Use a reliable courier service for shipping back to our address: Organic Ved Herbs Arya Nagar, Patel Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201001, India

    Return Shipping Charges:

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged product), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
    • For other eligible returns (e.g., unopened but change of mind – if allowed), return shipping is borne by the customer.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 3–5 business days):

    • If approved, we will process the refund.
    • If the product does not meet return criteria, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.

4. Refund Details

  • Refund Amount: Full product value (excluding original shipping charges, COD fees, and return shipping unless due to our error).
  • Refund Method:
    • Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking): 7–10 working days (subject to bank/gateway processing timelines).
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI to your registered account.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is returned, only the eligible amount will be refunded.
  • Taxes & Discounts: Refunds will reflect the actual amount paid after discounts.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or policy violation.

5. Cancellation Policy (Pre-Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch (usually within 24 hours of placement).
  • Send a cancellation request to care@organicvedherbs.com with your Order Number.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • COD orders already handed to the courier cannot be cancelled.
